Do I need to provide water or electricity for the service?

Nope! We are 100% mobile and come equipped & ready with our own electricity, deionized spot free water!

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

We strive to leave every customer in the utmost delight. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

Are you eco-friendly?

We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible, most of our products are in fact bio-degradable! If you need cleaning with reduced usage of chemicals, be sure to let us know so we can prepare beforehand.

How long does a typical detailing service take?

It's situational based on the package and size of the vehicle. Our DeLIGHT and Interior Package is around 1-3 hours on average but our DeLUXE Package may take up to 4 hours. As we continue to grow, we will build to be more efficient and look forward to hiring new members to the team for faster services!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask for a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or reschduling. In case of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule, we will notify you asap if changes are necessary.
